This can be about organizational changes, digital collaboration, management communication, campaigns, etc. I am a creative thinker with extensive experience in implementing complex changes with a sure hand. I value straightforward, honest, and relevant communication, which I try to implement in all my projects.
I have worked for more than 25 years in communication and leadership and am passionate about engaging communication between people. I have worked both with research and teaching at Roskilde University, as a communicator, as a consultant and advisor, and as a manager in Nordisk Kommunikation, Lundbeck, Nordea, Securitas, and Alfa Laval. I help several of our major and international customers develop their ways of communicating – via analyses, strategies, training of managers and spokespeople, development of new channels and platforms and concrete communication products.
I have worked for more than 20 years with a large variety of graphic design and digital solutions including fields such as corporate identity, communication design, website, animation and videos. My focus is making the design meaningful, user-friendly while keeping it modern and sharp with a clear design line.
I am a passionate, strategic and result oriented communication advisor. Within the last 15 years I have worked with communication on the highest level in some of the largest companies in the Nordics. I lead and create engaging, effective and creative communication tailored to support the company strategy, vision and values. I execute communication activities such as organisational changes, transformation journeys, PR, crisis management, training of managers, strategy launches and development of communication strategies- and channels.

Based on +20-years hands-on experience, I am used to navigating in a highly complex, global and regulated environment. During my career I have build expertise in a broad range of communication and public affairs disciplines, and gained full-circle transformation experience ranging from company turn around, M&As, CEO transitions, global expansion, growth and innovation strategies.
I help communication professionals improve their work. That is the common thread in my professional life and my academic passion. For over 25 years, I have therefore taught, advised, recruited, and written about all aspects of the field, from Corporate Communication to social media, both as a co-founder and editor of the professional magazine Kforum for over 25 years, and as a consultant at Advice and a communication advisor at the Danish Cancer Society. At the same time, I hold a PhD in communication and have written a postdoc on algorithms as surveillance technology. I have also taught communication at both the University of Copenhagen and Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
I have 15+ years of experience with evaluation, mapping, and analysis in several policy areas and sectors. The analyses are typically performed for the EU Commission, the UN and the World Bank as well as Danish authorities. Analysis tasks include the labour market area, business promotion, innovation and digitization, the health sector, and the transport sector.
I am an experienced advisor with 25+ years of experience with communication, HR, process facilitation, teaching, coaching as well as management and team development. I am accredited and experienced user of profile tools such as Insights Discovery, JTI and DISC.
