I have 15+ years of experience with evaluation, mapping, and analysis in several policy areas and sectors. The analyses are typically performed for the EU Commission, the UN and the World Bank as well as Danish authorities. Analysis tasks include the labour market area, business promotion, innovation and digitization, the health sector, and the transport sector.

I have worked for more than 20 years with a large variety of graphic design and digital solutions including fields such as corporate identity, communication design, website, animation and videos. My focus is making the design meaningful, user-friendly while keeping it modern and sharp with a clear design line.

I am an experienced advisor with 25+ years of experience with communication, HR, process facilitation, teaching, coaching as well as management and team development. I am accredited and experienced user of profile tools such as Insights Discovery, JTI and DISC.

Alonso Filomeno Mayo is an American Film Institute directing graduate originally. He directed the Academy Award shortlisted documentary “Viva la Causa” and directed, shot and edited the interactive web series “Murder Project”.

His first feature film, the dramedy “The Story of Luke”, premiered at the San Diego Film Festival, where it won Best Film. It went on to win over 20 festival awards and was released in 2013.

Alonso’s 2nd feature, the comedy “FIXED”, premiered at the 2017 Cinequest Film Festival and was released in 2018. His documentary “Transformations” premiered at DOC NYC and toured festivals in 2019.

He is partner of Los Angeles and Copenhagen-based production company FLUID, specializing in branded content for corporate and non-profit clients.

Jonas brings more than 25 years of experience from the communications industry. Before founding Kudos Kommunikation in 2013, he served as Director at Burson-Marsteller, Sales & Marketing Director, EMEA at Text 100, Consultant at GCI Mannov, and worked in the communications department at Danish Industry.

He has extensive experience in strategy and the creative development of complex communication campaigns, involving cross-platform execution and audience activation. Among other achievements, he has helped launch Nordic Harvest—one of the world’s largest vertical farms—introduced ESSVE to the Danish market, helped put the Danish gaming industry on the map for SYBO Games, and led multiple campaigns executed across the Nordic region and Europe.
